Dave Risk

Dave Risk joined Risk & Associates County Civil Process in 2002 as a member of the Eviction Team as a Property Restoration Specialist and began additional duties in the office as a Data Entry Specialist in 2012.

Dave’s main function is daily processing of general civil cases as they arrive in the office via mail, fax, and email. Once successfully processed, Dave then dispatches the cases to one of more than 60 servers across Michigan for service. Dave also supervises the mail operation center to ensure all incoming and outgoing documents reach their destination and in a timely manner. 

Dave lives in Lake Odessa and is a member of the Michigan Court Officers, Deputy Sheriffs and Process Servers Association.
