It’s with both great relief and pride to announce that everyone at Risk & Associates are safe, healthy and back to work!
In strict compliance with the CDC’s and MDPH COVID-19 work restrictions, I have recalled our office staff and Process Servers back to “active duty” and they are thrilled at the opportunity to again provide services to our clients, Courts, Sheriff’s Offices, municipalities and businesses.
Our office staff are now back on site and fully operational, and our Process Servers began serving process again on Friday, May 15th.
However; in continuation of our efforts to reduce the spread of COVID-19, our office will remain closed to the general public.
As soon as the Courthouse’s in those counties we conduct Sheriff Mortgage Foreclosure Sales in are fully open and allowing unfettered access to the general public, sales will again be rescheduled. Updates will be posted on our Sheriff/Foreclosure Sale page.
Each of our Process Servers will continue to practice all of the universal safety precautions utilized in the early stages of the pandemic, along with social distancing (when possible) and the wearing of a protective face mask as required.
Although immediate implementation of our Catastrophic Emergency Preparedness Plan allowed us to continue office operations uninterrupted via remote staffing since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic crises, we apologize for any inconvenience the temporary but unavoidable restriction of serving process may have caused you or your client.
We sincerely hope everyone is staying safe and healthy and look forward to things getting back to “normal”, whatever that may be….
