Katie Shong

Prior to joining Risk & Associates in July of 2018 a member of the Data Entry/Case Management Team, Katie was employed with the Ionia Intermediate School District for 9 years working with both autistic and general education students and data entry.

Katie’s primary duties include case data entry, assisting clients via phone and e-mails, obtaining required prepayments and the collection of past due accounts.

She resides in Lake Odessa with husband Jason and their 3 children; Gavan, Gabriella and Elizabeth.
