Thank you for your interest in becoming a Process Server for Risk & Associates County Civil Process herein referred to as County Civil Process.
County Civil Process is a trusted provider of professional process serving services to the Michigan legal community.
County Civil Process’s reputation of providing quality customer service to our clients is a direct result of contracting and hiring only the most diligent, knowledgeable and detail-oriented Process Servers in Michigan and across the country.
Due to a substantial volume increase, we are currently hiring additional Process Servers in the following areas:
- Calhoun County
- Ingham County
- Kalamazoo County
- Montcalm County
- Muskegon County
- Tuscola County
- Van Buren County
County Civil Process compensates Process Servers for the following:
- Served papers
- Diligent attempts
- Incorrect or Bad addresses provided by clients of County Civil Process
- Authorized stand-by time (If authorized in advance by Client)
Our office hours of operation are generally 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST. This ensures that we are accessible to our clients, as well as being available to assist our Process Servers troubleshoot issues as they arise during this time period.
