Tanya Spitzley

Tanya Spitzley joined our staff in April of 2008 as an Administrative Secretary having over seven years experience in the Insurance industry, and was promoted to Administrative Assistant of Operations in March of 2010 assisting in the supervision of staff and all inter-office duties.

In January of 2013, Tanya was promoted again to Operations Manager overseeing all staff and the daily functions in the Civil Process Division. In addition to her duties supervising the office staff, Tanya’s other primary functions include coordinating with our Process Servers across the state, managing their caseload, compensation and training. She serves as a liaison to many to our clients and to the courts and she serves as the Compliance officer for the Civil Process Division working closely with the staff and Process Servers to ensure they meet all highest legal, ethical and quality standards.

Tanya and her husband Chad reside in Freeport with their son Trevor and she is a member of the Michigan Court Officer, Deputy Sheriff and Process Servers Association.
